Radhey Lal Memorial College (RLMC) is a self-financed educational institution in Afzalgarh town of Bijnor district. RLM College is affiliated to MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly and recognised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Established in the year 2008, the college provides education in arts and science faculties at graduation level.
The creation of this seat of learning is inspired by the devotion and dedication of Shri Radhey Lal, eminent freedom fighter and social emancipator, for educational values.

Curriculum
BA First Year:
General English, Hindi Language, English Literature, Hindi Literature, Sanskrit, Geography, Economics, Home Science, Political Science and Sociology
Note:
- One subject out of General English or Hindi Language is compulsory. Three subjects out of the rest are permitted to be chosen with following limitation.
- Only two literature subjects are allowed to be taken at a time.
Selection of practical subjects is permitted only to those students who have passed their intermediate examination with that subject. Under special circumstances, principal of the college is the decisive authority for the students passed with high percentage in first division; but it is possible only if the seats are vacant.
In case of more application forms for practical subjects, admission shall be done on merit basis and seat availability.
BSc First Year:
- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Zoology, Botany and Chemistry
Beyond Curriculum
The college activates the socio-economic changes through interaction with guardians and public at various occasions i.e. 15 August, 2 october, 26 January. The common aspects discussed till now are water harvesting and saving techniques, conservation of greeneries, methods to improve environment, use of informal methods of energy etc.
Infrastructure
The college is located in the green belt of the district, situated on the National Highway No. 74. The campus measures 3.8470 hectares.
At present the college building has 25 spacious, well-planned rooms and one strong room along with four veranda and four toilets. In total there are 34 rooms with a total area 2832.75 sq m of constructed area. The building is equipped with all modern facilities.
